ResponsibilitiesThe OPS Front Desk Assistant will support the daily operations of the clinic by providing front desk coverage and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for guests and clients.
- Monitor and maintain front desk operations during scheduled hours
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Check in clients for speech-language appointments
- Greet and direct guests entering the building
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
