Ambassador is hiring an energetic and team-oriented Front Desk Coordinator who is looking for a long-term career. We offer a competitive salary + great benefits and PTO!

The Front Desk Coordinator ensures that front office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Their primary responsibilities include greeting candidates, employees, and clients, answering phone calls, and determining necessary action. They are also responsible for managing the post-hire process for employees.


Duties/Responsibilities:
• Greet candidates, employees, and clients.
• Answer phone calls and assess appropriate action to take or where to direct the call.
• Provide complete answers/solutions where appropriate (employee pay, the application process, post-hire process, employee status, etc.)
• Manage post-hire and onboarding process for employees – scheduling and follow-up of pre-employment testing, post-hire paperwork, documentation in Applicant Tracking System, E-Verify, etc.
• Communicate with candidates, employees, clinics, etc. via phone and email (Microsoft Outlook)
• Create, update, and submit reports via required methods – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to process information quickly and efficiently and apply practical solutions to problems.


Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related experience required.
