Front Desk Coordinator – Tigard, ORPay: $17–$20 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pmDuration: 3–4 week contractLocation: Onsite, Tigard, OR
Job Summary:LHH Recruitment is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator for a short-term contract assignment. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Support office staff with general clerical duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in Tigard, OR
