What Youll Do
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage provider and room schedules efficiently.
- Handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Present membership options and assist clients in selecting the right plan.
- Support marketing promotions, referral programs, and social media engagement.
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or front desk experience (medical or spa experience a plus).
- Outgoing, professional communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset and experience with membership programs.
- Tech-savvy with scheduling/POS software; comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.
- $18$20 per hour (based on experience)
