We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at a cosmetic plastic surgery center located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This is a Contract to permanent position with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role offering a competitive salary and full benefits. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system to answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the practice.
• Provide concierge-level services by assisting patients with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and processing necessary paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and uphold the practice’s standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Represent the practice with attention to detail and maintain an appropriate appearance, adhering to the office attire guidelines.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and appointments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality service.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and paperwork processing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare compliance standards.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and appearance, adhering to office dress codes.
• Experience in a medical or cosmetic practice is a plus but not mandatory.
