We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This is a Contract to permanent position ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service. The selected candidate will manage front desk operations and assist with daily administrative tasks while maintaining a business casual appearance.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and detail-oriented experience.
• Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to uphold the detail-oriented appearance of the office.
• Coordinate office events and support day-to-day operations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure timely communication with tenants and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Provide customer service support to tenants and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly.• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and tenants.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage administrative duties.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and appearance, adhering to business casual dress code.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
