About the Role:

The Front Desk Customer Service Representative plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and providing administrative and customer support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website or in person
  • Process customer requests, complaints, and service needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Support other departments with customer service-related duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or reception role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment
