Front Desk Manager

We’re seeking a Front Desk Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead by example. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food service who is ready to bring that hustle and consistency into the hospitality industry.

  • Competitive Pay: $12–$15 per hour (flexible based on experience)
  • Sign-On & Retention Bonuses:
    • $300 after 90 days
    • Additional $500 after 180 days
    • $1,000 anniversary bonus after 1 year, increasing by $1,000 each year thereafter

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Cross-train and support other departments (housekeeping, breakfast, etc.) as needed
  • Maintain strong cash handling procedures and front desk reporting
  • Generate sales leads and support block bookings for group stays and meetings
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and online reviews

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 6+ years of food industry experience (fast food or casual dining preferred)
  • Is a quick problem-solver, calm under pressure, and always guest-focused
  • Can work weekends and second shifts reliably
  • Is comfortable using POS and hotel reservation systems (training provided)
