Location: My Place Hotel - Mesa, AZ (1555 S. 105th Place)
Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 11pm-7am | 3-4 Days/Week | Weekends Required

We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to be the welcoming face of our brand new hotel. If you enjoy working independently, helping guests, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.
Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be responsible for:
Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
Answering phones and assisting with reservations
Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel
Managing laundry operations during your shift
Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong communication and organizational skills
A friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to help
Ability to work independently and multitask
Availability for rotating weekends
Hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
