Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key part in creating a welcoming and organized office environment.Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain front desk security and ensure compliance with visitor protocols
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meeting room bookings and office supplies
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
  • $20/hr - $21/hr

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria


Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
