Be the face and voice of a vibrant, growth-minded chiropractic practice. We're looking for a Front Desk Powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced setting, keeps plates spinning with a smile, and delivers five-star service at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Own the first impression: Warmly greet patients, check them in, and set the tone for a great visit.
  • Master the schedule: Answer phones, text/email professionally, book/reschedule appointments, and manage confirmations.
  • Keep records pristine: Accurate data entry, document management, and basic EMR tasks.
  • Support the revenue cycle: Collect payments, review balances, and handle patient financial conversations discreetly.
  • Be communication central: Monitor and triage inboxes, texts, and faxes with urgency and polish.
  • General admin wizardry: Light office upkeep, supply tracking, and lending a hand wherever the team needs it.
  • Assist with processing new patients (patient focus).

Requirements

  • Full-time, in-office availability in South Amboy (no remote hours).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 2+ years in a front desk, customer service, medical/dental, hospitality, or admin role (preferred).
  • Able to learn quickly from short trainings, written SOPs, and quick check-ins.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professionally presentable.

Pay, Hours & Perks

  • $24.00/hour with a performance review at 30 days.
  • 35 hours/week (with potential for more).
