Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring a warm and professional experience for visitors and staff, while also providing administrative support in the daily operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Place orders for supplies and manage inventory (stationery and cafeteria items)
- File, fax, and scan documents
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns
- Keep conference rooms and cafeteria areas well-stocked
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing rooms and materials
- Support general administrative tasks assigned by the Human Resources management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception or customer service
- Proficiency in office software and computer tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor always
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
