Job Description
Staffmark is seeking an administrative candidate with passion and patience, to work as a Front Desk Receptionist for a team of eye care professionals in Alexandria, LA. We are in search of a motivated and professional candidate capable of providing outstanding customer service. You will be provided an opportunity to develop meaningful and positive working relationships while offering patients the kindness and care they deserve.
Hours: 7 am-6 pm (38-40 hours per week)
Pay: $11+ per hour (Depending on experience)
Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing documents
- Filing and completing medical reports and insurance forms
- Pulling patient chards
- Filling discharge forms
- Greet patients and direct patients and medical representatives to the appropriate location and service.
This position requires the candidate to have excellent communication skills, manage the reception area efficiently, have excellent telephone etiquette, work well under pressure, and work accurately and efficiently while interacting effectively and be supportive to the team. Qualified candidates will bring a minimum of one year of related experience.
