WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As front desk sales associate you'll be the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences while helping to drive the salon's success. In this role you will:

• Grow membership and retail sales by confidently presenting our services and building guest loyalty
• Deliver a warm and personalized luxury experience to every guest
• Manage appointments in person and over the phone with professionalism and accuracy
• Support daily operations including guest leads, guest follow ups, and guest confirmations
• Maintain a polished and welcoming salon environment that reflects our high brand standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We want a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience with proven results
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required or active college enrollment preferred

• Monday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
• Tuesday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
• Thursday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
• Sunday: 11:30am-5:00pm (close)
