As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll be the face of the clinic — welcoming patients, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, handling payments, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll help create a calm, friendly environment while supporting our medical team and ensuring every guest leaves feeling cared for.
Pay: $21.00 / hour + tips (average of $2–$4 / hour)
Locations: Oceanside and San Marcos
Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week, with availability on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Hours: Clinics are open 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (morning and afternoon/evening shifts)

ResponsibilitiesSupport the RN with daily patient care in a friendly, fast-paced environment
Help open and close the clinic as needed
Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and handle scheduling or payments
Keep the clinic stocked, clean, and organized
Learn about our treatments and confidently talk with patients about services and memberships
Deliver five-star customer service — every patient, every time
Maintain patient confidentiality and a compassionate, professional attitude
Assist with training new team members and communicate any facility needs to the Support Center
Follow all safety, cleanliness, and company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
- Schedule flexibility between 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Availability to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week
- Commitment to work at all listed locations
