Responsibilities
- Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator Schedule
- Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
- Patient check in/out
- Coordinating patient payments
- Insurance verification
- Answers incoming calls and managing voicemails
- Scheduling and Confirm appointments
- Treatment plan preparation and presentation
- Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
- Managing the flow of provider schedules
- Other front desk duties as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Schedule appointments
- Competitive Pay: $20$28/hour based on experience

Qualifications
- A team player with strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Experience in a dental front office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental software is a plus
- Comfortable presenting treatment plans and financial options
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
