Requirements:

1+ years in fine-dining restaurants.
The ideal candidate has experience with FOH tasks related to their role. Experience in a Michelin or NY Times-rated restaurant is a plus.
Excellent presentation.
Positive attitude, careful attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent cleaning and organization skills.
Willing to learn and improve.
Full availability (including weekends).
