Job Description

Le Coupé is looking for a reliable and personable Front of House team member to join our small, high-performing team. This is a hands-on position that wears many hats-  from greeting guests to managing orders  and plays a key role in creating the warm, professional experience our restaurant is known for. The right candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

$17.50/hour + tips (pooled)
Must have weekend availability 

Responsibilities
    •    Greet every guest warmly upon arrival and guide them through the menu
    •    Take orders using the Toast POS system and ensure accuracy (Counter service ordering)
    •    Run food from the expo window to guests’ tables
    •    Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
    •    Check in with guests to ensure they have everything they need
    •    Take phone orders and manage online and third-party delivery orders
    •    Bag and hand out takeout and delivery orders, confirming accuracy with drivers
    •    Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front of house
    •    Communicate restock or supply needs to culinary managers
    •    Assist with opening and closing duties, including dining room setup and breakdown
    •    Answer the phone and respond to guest inquiries courteously

Requirements
    •    Previous front-of-house or customer service experience in a fast-paced restaurant
    •    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    •    Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
    •    Team-oriented with a positive attitude
    •    Must speak and understand English
    •    Weekend availability required
