Job Description
We are currently hiring a full-time Front of House Manager, and seeking an energetic, communicative, and hospitable individual to fill this role. The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate will demonstrate the necessary skills to handle the fast-paced and ever-changing atmosphere of a busy restaurant. This position is based on a 5 day 40+ hr work week, including late nights, and performing in high pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily functions of the restaurant, quality of operations, and maintain a clean, safe workplace
- Ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction at all levels of service
- Effectively identify, and delegate jobs to the restaurant staff
- Communicate openly within house management staff, as well as with different levels of management across the company
- Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly
- Manage customer complaints
- Create schedules for staff
- Monitor the restaurant’s sales
