The Team Member represents Chick-fil-A by providing 2nd Mile Service to each of our Guests within the restaurant. Willingness, Ability, and Availability are the foundation for success in this role. Job Responsibilities

Extending Genuine Hospitality by:

• Creating moments of personalized care for Guests
• Treating all Guests with honor, dignity and respect
• Displaying the Core 4
• Applying the HEARD Model when recovering Guests

Delivering Great Food by:

• Separating raw and ready-to-eat foods
• Keeping hot foods hot and cold foods cold
• Using date and label stickers consistently
• Following the recipes per Pathway procedures
• Honoring all hold times
• Using LEAN production systems

Providing Fast & Accurate Service by:

• Working with a sense of urgency
• Confirming orders
• Double checking bags
• Providing all needed and requested items
• Maintaining two-way communication

Maintaining a Clean & Safe Environment by:

• Abiding by the Restaurant Health Policy
• Following Appearance and Apparel Standards
• Washing hands frequently and changing gloves between tasks
• Removing trash and clutter
• Finding and fixing safety hazards
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting

Skills & Requirements

Full-Time Team Members must meet the following requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Exhibit the Core 4 with the Guest and team
• Teamwork
• Average at least 35 hours per week over a three-month period
• Must be available to work between 5:45 AM and 5:00 PM, at least 5 days per week—including Fridays and Saturdays
• Be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 Ibs
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• Running short distances quickly
• Walking long distances without breaks
• Climbing 4+ flights of stairs as needed
• Standing for extended periods
• Quick reflexes to adapt to changing situations
• Agility to navigate tight spaces
• Balance while carrying items
• Endurance for repetitive tasks
• Good hand-eye coordination for food preparation and service
• Must be able to successfully navigate technology/apps with ease and without assistance

Perks & Benefits

• Full Time = Greater than 32 hours per week.
• Health, Dental, Vision, Life – Available after 1 year of employment. Available after 1 month of employment for Team Leads and above.

• Weekly Food via CFA One – $2.50/hr based on 20 hours per week. $3.13/hr based on 32 hours per week.
