Compensation

Position starts at $16.00 per hour, however, PHN recognizes licensure, experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Location and Hours of Position

Tri-County Community Health Center: 1555 Shawna Rd. Cherry Tree PA

Monday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (10.30am - 7.00pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month)

Wednesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

NO WEEKENDS

Position Overview

This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.

Education/Experience Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent

Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Flexibility in the workplace
  • Proficient typing and computer skills
  • Must be available to work evening hours, as required)
