We’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator to create a welcoming environment for our patients while keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.


What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR systems
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage patient flow
  • Experience with insurance verification and payment collections preferred
  • Belief in the importance of a positive patient experience
Requirements:

As our Front Office Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients have a smooth, supportive experience from the moment they walk in the door. Responsibilities include:

  • Handle patient inquiries and perform intake procedures
  • Greet and assist all incoming patients
  • Enter and verify all patient demographics and billing information at check-in
  • Ensure patient paperwork is completed, scanned, and properly indexed into the system
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Verify medical insurance coverage and perform insurance data entry
  • Collect patient financial responsibility: co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, balances, and self-pay fees
  • Process encounters and balance co-payment collections daily
  • Record payments and obtain signed statements/consents
  • Direct patients to appropriate areas of the facility
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
