Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

This role supports a college health team serving the UC Santa Barbara community and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient check-ins, phone support, and virtual appointment setup
• Act as the face of the clinic and ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong front desk or medical office experience required
• Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading by example
