Thrive Reconstructive Surgery is a well-established and growing private practice with multiple locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to our patients, and we're looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all existing and new patients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide patients through their initial steps with our practice, and ensure seamless coordination with our physicians and care teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries via phone and HubSpot
- Listen to patients’ concerns and guide them to the appropriate physician or care pathway
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments using Athena EMR
- Assist patients with insurance questions and verify eligibility
- Collect copays and accurately input patient information
- Maintain detailed and organized patient records
- Become proficient in the use of HubSpot and internal systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
- Previous experience in a medical office, front desk, or scheduling role is a plus
- Familiarity with Athena EMR and/or HubSpot is preferred, but not required
