Job Title: Fulfillment Associate Location: Eatontown, NJ Type: Contract-to-Hire Hourly Payrate: $22.50 per hour Work Model: Onsite (100%) Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 Noon - 7:30 PM (35 hours per week) Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities: Credit card manufacturing company - highly secure facility. This person help with order fulfillment, QC checks and movements in and out of the Bank Vault (2-prson task). Helps with inventory, cycle counts and assists with paperwork/mail associated with credit card manufacturing. Operates high speed postage machinery (US Postal Service machine) designed to process thousands of pieces of mail per hour. Brings finished goods to Bank Vault (2-person job). Counts product (quantity) before releasing product to Vault. Preforms visual inspection of credit cards. Helps prepares customers product for shipment and processing Works with MS Excel spreadsheets, PDF files and machinery designed to impregnate data into credit cards. Facility has capability to produce many different types of credit cards. Each day thousands and thousands are produced and shipped (USPS) using high speed automation machinery. Very rarely does an error occur (less than .01% error rate). Learns how to identify errors, concerns or problems with data integrity and resolves issues before printing labels. Preforms manual inspection on credit cards to ensure accuracy. Counts product (quantity). Fulfillment Associate Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired but not required. Must have good MS Excel skills. Training on using MS Excel is limited and it is expected this person knows how to use basic MS Excel. This will include basic data entry, basic formulas, must have overall has strong computer skills and abilities proven through prior work experience. Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking) At leas one(1) years experience working in any other type of production environment or office setting with “mailing” or “shipping” or related "Bank Vault" responsibilities, or related similarly related manufacturing environment Must be a highly organized person to be successful in this role and possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product and stand for up to eight (8) hours Strong computer skills. Should comfortable, at all times, on computer and be able to call up existing templates and programs on label printer, make small adjustments as needed to other printing equipment Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely.
