A well-established and highly respected commercial construction company has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to find an experienced professional to replace their Full-Charge Bookkeeper, who is retiring after more than 25 years with the company.
Duties are Responsibilities:
- Full Charge Bookkeeping
- Job Costing
- Reconciliations
- Review and Approve Payroll
- Oversee 2 employees
- Assist PMs with Bids
- Tax Filings
- Other Tasks as Needed
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Construction Experience a Plus
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excels in a Collaborative Environments
- Willing to Pivot Throughout the Day and Help Where Needed
- Team Player
- Problem Solver
Full Time:
- Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM
- Flexible Schedule Available
Compensation:
- $70K - $78K + Bonus
