We're looking for motivated sales professionals with 2–6 years of professional experience who are ready to take ownership of a territory, run the full sales cycle, and grow into leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Territory Ownership: Manage your own book of business within the Portland metro area.
 - B-Time (Office): Start and end your day in-office to prospect, cold call, research accounts, and handle admin.
 - A-Time (Field): Spend business hours face-to-face with clients — we believe in relationship-driven selling.
 - Full-Cycle Sales: Prospect, conduct client discovery, lead product demos, close deals, and manage long-term accounts.
 - Coaching & Development: Partner with your manager for ride-alongs, strategy sessions, and ongoing mentorship.
 - Closing Fridays: Rally with your team at the end of each month to drive results and celebrate wins.
 
Compensation & Career Growth
- First-year earnings: typically, $70k–$90k, with high performers exceeding $100k+.
 - Uncapped commissions + monthly/quarterly bonuses and manufacturer cash incentives.
 - Non-recoverable draw provided as you ramp up and build your pipeline.
 - Career path: High performers often advance to Field Sales Manager roles within 3–5 years.
