Our reception team must be friendly, professional, outgoing, productive, proactive, and able to deal with stressful situations on the fly.
We are currently hiring a receptionist for our Provo/Spanish Fork division. **Provo/SF Division Includes Provo, Spanish Fork, and Orem (Timpanogos Hospital) locations** Travel is required between all 3 locations.
We are looking for a full time employee (4-5 days a week, M - F with the days varying *Must be available full 8 hour days). Full time employees of Valley are eligible for a generous benefits package.
For the right candidate, we are open to offering part time. (2-3 days a week, M-F with the days varying) *Must be available full 8 hour days)
Due to the investment involved in training for this position, we ask for a minimum of a 1 year commitment to this position. If you are unable to commit to a full year - please do not apply.

Receptionist Job Duties:
- Must be able to work 8 hour shifts between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
- Must be highly motivated and consistently contribute to a positive working environment
- Must maintain a high quality and volume of answered phone calls and online chat messages
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, (in person/on phone/online chat), answers inquiries
- Schedules appointments for multiple providers/locations with consistent accuracy
- Understands billing policies and collects payments for services rendered
- Updates and maintains all patient registration records, including insurance plan
- Maintains multiple provider schedules between three offices
- Directs all visitors to appropriate departments
- Monitors and maintains office equipment
- Maintains appearance of front reception area
- Maintains HIPAA compliance
- Prepares correspondence and documents
- Provides general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals.
- Other duties as assigned
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals, and making a consistent effort towards optimum daily productivity
Experience preferred but not necessary. Spanish speaking also preferred, but not necessary.
