Full Service Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a full-service dining environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Strong operational knowledge, including service flow, inventory, and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
• Collaborate with the culinary team to align menu execution with guest expectations and event demands
• Monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards

Full Service Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience managing high-volume, culturally focused, or entertainment-driven restaurants
• Knowledge of scheduling software, POS systems, and inventory management tools
• Background in organizing special events or themed dining experiences
• Passion for hospitality, cultural cuisine, and creating memorable guest interactions
• Manage staffing levels, training programs, and performance evaluations to build an engaged, high-performing team
