Job Description
The Sun Valley Elkhorn Association is hiring for a Full-Time Operations Manager. We are a homeowners association located in Sun Valley, Idaho. This position will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the pools, as well as opening and maintaining the tennis courts during the summer season. Maintain and empty dog stations, manage maintenance projects and various contracts, and hire and oversee all operations staff (pool staff and operations staff), along with other duties as assigned. Some weekends and holidays are required, along with experience and a desire to learn and grow in your skills. Joining our team requires a positive and proactive attitude, as well as a strong sense of humor. This position is a mix of administrative and labor. The role is a year-round position that will include benefits.
