Department: Center for Global Learning and International Student Affairs 

Job Location: Academic Services Building

Hours per week: 24

 

Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing support to the Center for Global Learning and International Student Affairs, its staff, faculty, students, and visitors. Responsibilities include but not limited to: •Assist with general office duties •Manage and organize electronic and paper records. •Prepare and distribute correspondence and commination materials •Support the planning and execution of event, workshops, and orientation •Help maintain and update website and social media platforms •Other duties and projects as assigned

 

Qualification and requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite. Ability to working independently and as a team.   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in global education and international affairs.
