Wiltshire Pantry, an upscale, chef inspired culinary company founded in 1989, is seeking candidates for garde manger/daytime cafe positions.  Join a talented team focused on supporting local farmers and cooking seasonal ingredients.  Responsibilities include: Run cafe breakfast and lunch line and assist with prep for the breakfast and lunch menu. Looking for someone that can uphold high quality control standards - ensure proper food handling techniques  - ensure all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet Wiltshire standards - maintain a clean, efficient and organized kitchen.  We welcome creative input on menus and specials. - We request positive attitude and professionalism and the willingness to jump in and help where needed. Skill Sets: - 2-3 years culinary experience - high levels of organization and cleanliness - proficiency in all areas of commercial restaurant kitchen operation - demonstrate ability to maintain professionalism in stressful environment.  We are excited to hear from you!
