We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of proven management experience in the restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staff performance to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Analyze financial reports, track KPIs, and prepare management updates.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or senior management role in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
• Proficiency with Toast POS systems, Sling scheduling software, and Google Office Suite preferred.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification required.
