General Manager Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of GM Experience - Full service upscale casual preferred
• P&L exposure, responsibility, and understanding of all financials
• Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant
• The ability to build and lead a strong team 
• The passion and drive it takes to succeed
