Together, the two concepts offer a distinct and elevated retail experience that celebrates creativity, community, and culture.We are seeking a professional, motivated, and energetic General Manager to lead our store operations, elevate team performance, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of store operations, including staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

  • Ensure operational efficiency, including inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to company standards

  • Drive financial performance by meeting or exceeding sales, profitability, and operational targets

  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and ethical judgment

  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and clear communication

  • Collaborate with leadership across MML to align operational priorities and brand standards

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, brands, systems, and procedures

  • Serve as a visible presence on the floor and lead by example in customer service and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

  • Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-motivation

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and lead high-performing teams

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands/fingers to handle objects or tools

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

  • Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds

  • Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus

  • Work environment noise level is usually moderate
