General Manager at Condesa

Defined Hospitality is an expanding restaurant company and we are looking for our next, dynamic leader to fill a General Manager position for our Modern Mexican restaurants Condesa, El Techo and El Cafe in the Motto Hotel. The candidate should be prepared to lead a large management team operating multi day-parts in a high volume environment. The candidate should have a track record of successful sales building and P and L management. Additionally, the candidate should be qualified to lead, teach and direct a staff to execute a high level of hospitality and service. Our candidate must be a student of food and beverage and comfortable working with and supporting an equally large culinary team.

Excellent communcation skills and grace under pressure a must.
