Job Description
General Manager — Fast Casual Concept (Up to $80K + Bonus)
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base (depending on experience) + 20% achievable annual bonus plan
 Schedule: Mostly daytime hours, never open past 7 PM
 Location: DMV Metro Area

As the brand continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, guest-focused General Manager to lead one of its highest-volume locations. Experienced in managing people, operations, and performance, you know how to mentor, not just lead.
Able to handle interpersonal challenges calmly and communicate clearly.
Comfortable reviewing P&Ls and identifying areas for improvement (perfection not required /training provided).
Confident writing short business plans, implementing solutions, and tracking results.
Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented - a true cultural fit for a brand built on positivity.
Experience in fast-casual, or full service restaurant environments. The most important factor is that you thrive in a guest facing environment.
