General Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel | Mobile, AL

$100,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead all operations at a luxury boutique property in the heart of Mobile, Alabama. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives on creating extraordinary guest experiences while driving operational and financial excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring excellence in service, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor department heads including F&B, Rooms, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, capital projects, and performance goals.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on cost control and efficiency.
  • Uphold all brand standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, ownership, and the local community.
  • Lead by example — visible, hands-on, and actively engaged across all departments.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including time as a GM, AGM, Rooms Director, or F&B Director.
  • Strong background in operations and guest service; boutique or independent hotel experience preferred.
  • Proven success managing budgets, improving profitability, and elevating guest satisfaction scores.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset.
  • Working knowledge of Opera Cloud, Micros Simphony, M3, and ADP is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $100,000 base salary
