HiFyve is hiring a General Manager in the food and beverage manufacturing industry in Richmond, IN!

Salary: $200,000–$250,000/year + 25% bonus

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift

Location: Richmond, IN (Relocation assistance available)

Travel: ~20%

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead business operations across manufacturing, distribution, sales, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, pricing strategies, and customer-focused initiatives to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with co-manufacturing customers, with ~25% of the role dedicated to customer calls and business development.
• Ensure delivery of KPIs and objectives across safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Partner with senior leadership teams across all functions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Mentor, coach, and develop senior managers, including direct management of Plant Managers.
• Drive accountability through clear action plans and effective performance management.
• Oversee product launches, process improvements, and compliance with regulatory and union requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing.
• Prior General Manager or VP-level experience.
• Experience managing Plant Managers and senior leadership teams.
• Demonstrated success in full P&L ownership.
• Strong background in co-manufacturing customer relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Union experience required.
• Aseptic processing experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of improving safety, quality, service, and cost performance.
