Role Description and Responsibilities The Medical Director and Equity Partner will provide clinical leadership, guide medical standards, and foster a supportive and collaborative culture. Responsibilities include overseeing hospital protocols, mentoring associates, building strong client relationships, and working alongside the Hospital Director to ensure smooth operations. As an equity partner, you will help shape the practice's future and directly benefit from its growth and success. Practice Details The hospital is designed as a freestanding facility offering emergency, urgent care, and general practice services.
