Working Hours / Rota The Medical Director role supports work-life balance with a flexible four-day workweek. The hospital operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed on Sundays. Role Description and Responsibilities The Medical Director Veterinarian will guide clinical standards, mentor associate veterinarians, and ensure excellence in patient care and client service. Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload, overseeing medical protocols, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
