As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality products.

• Assist in operating production line equipment for food manufacturing and packaging.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including sweeping and sanitizing equipment and floors.

• Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Support team members in various tasks to meet production goals.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

The role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
