GM Oil Technician at BZ Ford

**Job Summary:**As an Oil Technician in our GM Certified Garage, you’ll be more than a lube tech—you’ll be part of a team on a mission to change the way people experience automotive service. You’ll perform essential vehicle maintenance like oil changes, fluid checks, and inspections, all while learning and growing in an environment built on **teamwork, integrity, and going the extra mile**. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform oil and filter changes to GM specifications
• Check and top off all fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, windshield, etc.)
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, and hoses; report findings to service advisors or lead techs
• Perform multi-point inspections and accurately document results
• Reset oil life monitors and tire pressure systems
• Keep your service bay clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Use GM-approved tools and protocols
• Support your teammates and help keep the shop running smoothly

 **Qualifications:**

• Basic mechanical knowledge and some vehicle service experience
• GM Certified garage or dealership experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Willing to learn, grow, and complete GM training modules
• Great attention to detail and pride in your work
• Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
