Le Sud is seeking an experienced Line/Grill Cook to join our culinary team. We are a busy, chef-driven French Inspired Mediterranean restaurant focused on craft, consistency, and elegance on the plate.
What You’ll Do
- Execute dishes on grill and sauté stations with accuracy and pride
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and plating standards
- Maintain a clean, organized station and high food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate clearly during service

- 2+ years experience on grill or high-volume line
- Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
