Position: Grocery Merchandiser

Location: Weyers Cave, VA

Pay: $17/hour + Weekly Pay

Experience: Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: 6:00 am start, 40 to 45 hours/week + OT Pay

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Implement planograms to ensure effective product placement and merchandising strategies.
• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products.
• Display signage to promote current sales programs.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and compliance with store standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of product displays and backroom areas.
• Communicate effectively with store management and Pepsi teammates.
• Use supplied equipment (carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks) to maneuver products throughout the store.
• Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed to maintain optimal stock.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to read and implement planograms accurately.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 20–45 lbs. repeatedly throughout the work period.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and store management.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Adherence to daily operating procedures and safety standards.
