Group Assistant Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Group Assistant for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be three months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. We are looking for candidates with 3–5 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in office software and tools for scheduling, expense processing, and procurement. A collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable nature is highly valued. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Cross-Organization Support: Provide essential administrative assistance across various teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and operations. Logistics Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, process expenses, and handle procurement of supplies and equipment. Meeting & Event Support: Prepare agendas, manage logistics, and assist with special projects to ensure successful meetings and events. Policy & Process Compliance: Enforce procedures and contribute to departmental operations, including finance, personnel, and facilities. Cross-Organization Impact: Play a pivotal role in supporting multiple teams and ensuring smooth operations across departments. Variety & Visibility: Engage in diverse tasks such as managing travel, expenses, procurement, and events while collaborating with various stakeholders. Office Presence: Be a key on-site resource, handling space planning, office logistics, and facility needs five days a week. Hands-On Role: Involves physical tasks like lifting items and managing office setup.
