What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals
- Provide hands-on care and assist residents with daily living needs (ADLs)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all standards
- Collaborate with families, staff, and professionals to deliver exceptional care
What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a company driver
- Ability to pass background checks and complete paid training
- Physically able to safely lift and transfer up to 40 lbs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Basic computer proficiency
