Crown & Raine Headspa & Blow Dry Bar is Pittsburghs premier destination for luxury beauty and wellness. Were expanding and looking for talented, passionate Hair Stylists to join our elite team.
Our stylists are not just hair expertsthey are experience creators. From our signature blowouts to custom styling and holistic scalp care, every guest should leave feeling refreshed, confident, and radiant.
Compensation:$15 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional blowouts, styling, and color services while providing an elevated, five-star guest experience
- Educate clients on product benefits and recommend appropriate take-home regimens
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, professional, and luxurious atmosphere
- Promote rebooking and assist in driving client retention and product sales
- Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)
- 1+ year experience behind the chair preferred, but talented new graduates are welcome
- Passion for luxury service, beauty, and wellness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, punctual, and reliable work ethic
