Compensation:$55,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:What Youll Do
- Provide relaxing and results-driven scalp treatments using our signature techniques and products.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through thoughtful touch, calming energy, and personalized service.
- Educate clients on scalp and hair health, home care routines, and recommended products.
- Communicate effectively with front desk staff and team members to ensure seamless appointment flow.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and customer care.
What Were Looking For
- A nurturing and professional individual who genuinely enjoys helping others relax and feel their best.
- Licensed cosmetologist, esthetician, or massage therapist preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and client comfort.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow with a fast-expanding brand.
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
