Compensation: Up $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience

Circle Hospitality Group is opening an exciting new Asian-inspired bakery in Koreatown, NYC. We’re looking for a skilled and creative Head Baker to lead daily production, oversee recipe development, and set the standard for quality and consistency in our bakery program.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily production of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
Develop and refine recipes in collaboration with ownership and culinary leadership.
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery items.
Train, supervise, and schedule baking staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Manage inventory, ordering, and ingredient sourcing.
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
Contribute innovative ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings.
Minimum 3+ years of professional baking experience; prior lead or head baker experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Asian-style baking (e.g., milk bread, mochi breads, red bean buns, cream buns, castella cake, etc.).
Proven ability to manage production schedules and team coordination.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards for quality and consistency.
Passion for creativity, innovation, and leadership in a growing bakery brand.
Up $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience, depending on experience.
